Purchased Food/Leftover Foods
Any prepared foods will be left with the client for the client’s later consumption. Trindy Gourmet advises that all food be kept in the refrigerator until ready to consume. Trindy Gourmet is to be held harmless of any foodborne illness that may occur from food purchased by the client. Thank you for your cooperation. **I have read & acknowledge the previous statement regarding food safety.
Attendance
The total fee quoted to you is based on the number of guests you have indicated, along with menu selections, preparation time and amount of help necessary to cater to your event. Final headcount is due on. Please note: the total fee will not be lowered due to decreased expected attendance after this number is given. In addition, if you will be increasing the number of guests, we must be notified no later than ____ _. For every number of increased guests, an additional fee in the amount of _____ per person will be added to your final invoice and must be paid on the date the remaining balance is due.
Deposit
We require an initial deposit in the amount of $350.00 in order to hold your day, with another 50% due 30 days before your event and the remaining balance no later than 5 days before the event.
Gratuities
Gratuity is 18% of the total bill.
Method of Payment
We will be happy to accept your personal or corporate check made payable to Trindy Gourmet, Credit Card or Cash.
Cancellations and Refunds
We will issue refunds for cancellations received in writing at least 30 business days prior to the event. Please note that $350.00 of the deposit is considered consultation & administrative fees and is non-refundable. We regret that we cannot issue any cash refunds in any amount if said notice is not received. A credit will be issued to the client which will be good towards any service (cooking class, catered event, dinner parties, gift certificates, etc) offered by Trindy Gourmet to You, minus the $250.00 consultation & administrative fee, any rentals or any other foods/goods purchased on behalf of the client.
